Providence Holy Cross has also been designated as Baby Friendly, is the recipient of the California Breastfeeding Coalitions State Awards “Mother-Baby Friendly Workplace”. PHC has a tremendous capacity for support of their employees, with an HR WLA employee policy that actively supports their employees in providing time and space for pumping, During reconstruction several rooms were identified for use by their lactation employees and their newly redesigned facility will include dedicated space for lactation accommodations.
